What exactly does DropMyTrip do right now?
Right now it is a manual concierge service. You send the travel links, screenshots, and notes you already saved, and we turn them into a cleaner private Trip Guide page. This is not an instant AI planner yet.

What should I send you?
Whatever you already have: Google Maps links, Reddit threads, YouTube videos, docs, blog posts, and screenshots from TikTok, Reels, or Threads. You do not need a clean itinerary before submitting.

How fast do I hear back?
For the current free concierge beta, we aim to reply within 24-48 hours. If we need the original version of a screenshot or one missing detail, we will follow up by email.

Is this private?
Yes. Each submission is private. We do not run a public feed, we do not connect to your social accounts, and your Trip Guide link is meant for direct sharing, not search discovery.

What happens after the first 20 free users?
The current plan is to learn from the first 20 manual cleanups, then move into a paid manual version. If pricing changes later, it will not affect people already accepted into this free batch.
