Refund Policy

Refunds

We offer a 14-day, no-questions refund on all DropMyTrip purchases.

To request a refund, email refund@dropmytrip.com with your order number. We process refunds within 5 business days. The amount returns to your original payment method via Creem.

Launch Guarantee

If DropMyTrip does not launch a working product to your account within 30 days of your purchase, email refund@dropmytrip.com and we will issue a full refund.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are charged immediately. Your refund window starts on the date you receive product access, not the date of purchase.

Currency

All prices are in US Dollars. Your card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee, which is not refundable by us.
