You may only upload screenshots, links, and text that you have the right to use — either content you created, content you legitimately saved for personal use, or content covered by fair use under your local copyright law. You agree not to upload content for the purpose of redistribution, resale, or public display through DropMyTrip.

You may not use DropMyTrip to track, profile, or aggregate the locations of any specific real person. Building, exporting, or sharing itineraries indexed by another individual's identity — public figures included — is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. DropMyTrip is for organizing your own travel intent, not for surveillance of others.

DropMyTrip is a software tool. We do not book accommodations, transportation, tours, or restaurant reservations. We do not guarantee that any place described in our extracted data still exists, is open at any particular time, or matches its description. You are responsible for verifying details before traveling.
