DropMyTrip respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content that you own has been used on DropMyTrip without authorization, please send a DMCA Takedown Notice to dmca@dropmytrip.com.

Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including a URL or other location where it appears on DropMyTrip; your contact information; a good-faith authorization statement; an accuracy and authority statement under penalty of perjury; and your physical or electronic signature.

We will review and respond within 48 hours. Material found to be infringing will be removed within 24 hours of review.

If you believe content you uploaded was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email with identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to jurisdiction, and your physical or electronic signature.

We terminate accounts of users who are subject to repeated DMCA notices in line with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
